Our client is a Top Chinese SOE. They are looking for an experienced Company Secretary to join their legal team.
Job Description:
Assist in handling full spectrum of company secretarial matters for companies incorporated in HK and offshore jurisdictions including BVI, Cayman Islands and the US;
Assist in drafting minutes/resolutions, agreements and other company documents;
Update and maintain statutory records and filing system;
Organize various type of board and internal meetings and prepare meeting materials;
Handle AML/KYC/CDD related matters;
Assist in handling ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
At least 5 years or above relevant experience in company secretarial field;
Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility;
Meticulous to details, well organized and independent;
Fluent in both written and spoken English & Mandarin is a must;
Proficient in PC operations including MS Word, Excel and Power Point;
Member of HKICS is preferred, or with experience legal training/secretarial duties.
