Mr. Michael HUI Wah-kit,BBS,MH,JP

Mr. Michael Hui is the Founding Partner of Elysian Executive Solution Ltd., Managing Director of Freedom Industrial Corp. Ltd. and Director of Skyzer VC Ltd.
Mr. Hui has vast experience in various industries including fashion, construction and the financial fields. Besides work, Mr. Hui has been actively involved in community service, paying special attention to the SME affair and business enviroment development. He is currently a Standing Committee member of the Hong Kong Chinese Importers’ and Exporters’ Association, Chairman of the Trade and Industry Department SME Committee, Chairman of the Education Bureau Import and Export Industry Training Advisory Committee, and Council member of Lingnan University.
Mr. Hui was the Chairman of the Hong Kong United Youth Association, Part-time member of the Central Policy Unit, Council member of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council and Hong Kong Baptist University, and member of the Competition Commission. He was also a member of the Greater Pearl River Delta Business Council, the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority Consultation Panel, the Harbour-front Enhancement Committee, the Programme Management Committee of the Dedicated Fund on Branding, Upgrading and Domestic Sales (BUD Fund), and Hong Kong Export Credit Insurance Corporation Advisory Board.
Mr. Hui also actively participates in mainland organizations and affairs. He is a member of Shenzhen CPPCC and a member of the China Overseas Friendship Association. He once served as a Standing Committee member of the All-China Youth Federation, Vice-Chairman of the Hubei Youth Federation, member of Hubei CPPCC and Jilin Changchun CPPCC, and Standing Committee member of the Guangzhou Baiyun District CPPCC.
Ms. Elaine Zhang

Ms. Elaine Zhang is the founding partner and CEO of Elysian Executive Solution Ltd.
Ms. Zhang has been working closely with financial firms globally and throughout the region, she is well connected and able to leverage her vast financial industry connections and experience across all levels of business, providing market insight to both buy-side / sell-side clients and candidates. She is a frequent speaker on human capital strategy and career. She is also a frequent speaker on career planning and mentor of students from Cambridge, Oxford.
Ms. Zhang started her recruitment career as a banking & finance recruiter at Hudson in 2014 after returning from Australia, and subsequently joined JAC Recruitment as Business Development Manager in 2015. Her clients include most leading Chinese and international banks and financial institutions in Hong Kong, for whom she has placed numerous executives. In view that most typical recruitment firms are not focus to serve the high finance segment of the market and not knowledgeable and well equipped to work with clients under the Belt-and-Road Initiatives environment, Ms. Zhang and Mr. Hui founded Elysian Executive Solution Ltd. in 2016.
Ms. Zhang currently serves as a member of Hong Kong CPPCC Youth Association, Founding President of Hong Kong Australian Financial Community, member of 2GHK and member of Hua Jing Society. Ms. Zhang received a Master degree in Applied Finance from Western Sydney University and Bachelor degree in Commerce from Macquarie University.

Ms. Zhang has been working closely with financial firms globally and throughout the region, she is well connected and able to leverage her vast financial industry connections and experience across all levels of business, providing market insight to both buy-side / sell-side clients. She has strong connections with global family offices including greater China, UK and Europe regions.
Elysian Executive Club is a high-end business club, bringing together financial institutions from Hong Kong industry professionals. Ms. Zhang and high net worth in Hong Kong and Mainland China a close relationship has been established between the person on duty and the family office. she also oftenfor students from leading universities such as Cambridge, Oxford and Hong Kong University Provide career planning as a mentor and serve as a judge for several entrepreneurial competitions.

Ms. Valerie Guo

Ms. Valerie is the Market Development Director of Elysian Executive Solution Ltd. She uses her extensive network in the financial industry to provide her clients with insight into the talent market and business opportunities.
Ms. Valerie studied at London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London, Raffles School of Design Singapore and Hong Kong Polytechnic University, where she received her BA and MA degrees. She used to work in LVMH Group’s public relations and brand management in the fast-moving consumer goods market.
Valerie also has extensive mentoring experience in art & fashion management and design. At the same time, she has been responsible for the analysis and evaluation of investment projects of private enterprises, investment and mergers and acquisitions, as well as the development and marketing of virtual asset projects.
