Our client is an established top 10 China-based securities company, with about 10,000 employees in Mainland and 400 employees in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
Prepare business development plan of the company's foreign institutional clients;
Lead the organization of marketing activities for foreign institutional clients, such as research roadshows, corporate field research, investment forums, etc.;
Implement and accomplish the business targets set by the company;
Build and Maintain strong business relationship with foreign institutional clients, including QFII、WFOE and others;
Day-to-day management of foreign institutional sales team;
Participate in other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Master degree or above, preferably from renowned universities in Finance and Economics disciplines;
Minimum 8 years of experience in foreign institutional sales with minimum 2 years of management experience, preferably with certain QFII and WFOE client resources;
Clear understanding of client’s investment orientation and requirement;
Excellent communication, teamwork and coordination skills;
Good command of written and spoken English;
Able to work under pressure;
Willing and able to travel.
