Head of Private Bank

Our client is a leading Chinese commercial bank. They are looking for a candidate to lead the private banking team in Hong Kong. Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the team to achieve assigned targets;

• Ensure the team is in full compliance with the regulatory requirements as well as the internal compliance policies and guidelines;

• Maintain highest standard of excellence in client service with individual clients with regular monitoring of client satisfaction;

• Responsible for product development, product launch and ensure product governance for business;

• Provide advisory on investment products according to clients’ desires, needs and risk level;

• Acquire wide range of product knowledge and continuous updates on global investment market;

• Adhere to all regulatory and internal fraud, compliance and AML policies requirements, and flag potential illegal or improper activities;

• Deliver position client performance in line with client investment profiles.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree holder or above;

• At least 10 years’ relevant experience in private banking;

• At least 5 years management experience; establish and maintain strong working leaderships with team members and others as appropriate to clients' needs;

• Client-centric with strong interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills;

• Experience of building and managing complex relationships with significant customers;

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is a must).
