Job Responsibilities:
Manage full spectrum of recruitment services including provision of advice, attraction & sourcing strategies, and candidate management;
Monitor job market and trends;
Push the sales revenue of the company;
Enhance and build up existing candidate pool;
Achieve business target and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients;
Responsible for sales management of the team including hiring, training and performance evaluation;
Plan and organize staff training and campaigns to strengthen staff communication and motivation.
Job Requirements:
University or above degree holders; preferably come from top-tier universities;
At least 1 year experience in recruitment and financial business(Title and package is subject to years of experience);
Well organized, detail-minded with strong sense of responsibility;
A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Self-motivated and able to work under a fast pace and dynamic environment;
Knowledge in banking & finance is a plus;
Excellent command of Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
