We are a well establish recruitment firm base in Hong Kong, currently looking for Admin/HR coordinator to support our business expanding.
Responsibilities:
Provide overall administrative support to team members;
Liaise with both internal and external parties on event management;
Ensure HR policies & procedures are properly executed & communicated to all levels of staff;
Handle HR functions including payroll calculation, benefits review etc.;
Handle ad hoc assignments and projects including marketing and event organizing.
Requirements:
2 years experience in HR & Admin;
Degree holder in any disciplines;
Experienced in market & event management is a plus;
Basic accounting skill is a plus;
Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance and related regulations;
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
