Admin/HR Coordinator


We are a well establish recruitment firm base in Hong Kong, currently looking for Admin/HR coordinator to support our business expanding.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall administrative support to team members;

  • Liaise with both internal and external parties on event management;

  • Ensure HR policies & procedures are properly executed & communicated to all levels of staff;

  • Handle HR functions including payroll calculation, benefits review etc.;

  • Handle ad hoc assignments and projects including marketing and event organizing.


Requirements:

  • 2 years experience in HR & Admin;

  • Degree holder in any disciplines;

  • Experienced in market & event management is a plus;

  • Basic accounting skill is a plus;

  • Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance and related regulations;

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
