CEO Personal Assistant
Briefs the CEO in advance about key issues and events.
Provide administrative and executive support to the management.
Manages the day-to-day administrative affairs.
Schedules all appointments and other commitments.
Working within existing firm wide database to organize candidates, clients, searches and new business development.
Writing job specifications for search mandates.
Originating new search mandates with existing clients.
Working with researchers and consultants to maintain and update existing search status reports real-time.
Handle any ad hoc duties as assigned
Degree holder in any discipline, finance related preferred.
At least 1 year working experience, financial industry will be highly preferred.
Able to work independently, multi-tasked and detail-minded.
Fluent in English and Cantonese is the must
