Head of Finance

Our client is one of the largest Chinese banks, they are looking for a Head of Finance to lead the department.

Responsibilities：

• Being the head to lead and manage the team to complete the budget and objectives of work;

• Present consolidated financial reports with financial analysis and budget provision;

• Ensure internal control procedures complying with regulation and policies;

• Assist in formulating and revising the financial system;

• Advise various departments regarding strategic development;

• Coordinate across teams and divisions.

Requirements：

• Qualified Accountant with HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent with In-depth knowledge of HKIFRS or IFRS;

• At least 10 years’ relevant experience gained from banks / FIs;

• Familiar with budgeting and financial/management accounting;

• Personal integrity with professional ethics, good leadership and communication skills, strong strategic thinking;

• Good command of written & spoken Chinese (Putonghua & Cantonese) and English.
