Responsibilities：
To provide IT support , desktop server and infrastructure maintenance for the company;
Provides technical expertise in supporting Network and Application security;
Assigned to complete technical tasks including Project implementation, vendor management;
To assist in hardware & networking monitoring, maintenance, day to day operation and backup;
Technical Trouble shooting and administration.
Requirements：
Degree holder in Computer Science, Information System or related disciplines;
Strong knowledge and hand-on experience in IT related technical support, including server, firewall and phone system;
Knowledge of TCP/IP, VMWare, Active Directory and network infrastructure;
Proactive and initiative, able to complete job assignment independently with min supervision and meet tight deadline;
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
