Operation Manager - Asset Management


Our client is a leading Chinese banks’ asset management arm in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for an operation manager.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle inquiries from fund manager and investors.

  • Assist the preparation work for daily P & L Report.

  • Work closely with risk manager to identify, analyze and report the portfolio risk management issues.

  • Perform fund operation and administration functions.

  • Liaise with fund prime brokers, custodians and other service providers.

  • NAV and related function for authorized fund products.

  • Trade processing, reconciliations and related functions for QFII and RQFIIAssist in UAT test


Requirements:

  • A degree holder in finance or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in fund management or related industry.

  • Experience in managing a team and demonstrated experience in people management and talent development.

  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a must.

  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Good knowledge / with experience in Middle Office.
