Our firm is growing rapidly and we are looking for a Team Head to join our team. Our company is setting up companies in Shenzhen and London.

Responsibilities：

• Develop good understanding of our clients and maintain good relationship with them;

• Work closely within team to provide candidates the highest level of service;

• Identify and approach suitable candidates using applicant tracking systems, candidate databases, warm/ cold calls;

• Manager and conduct interview to evaluate candidates;

• Ensure procedures comply with labor ordinance.

Requirements：

• Bachelor Degree holder or above in any discipline;

• Good interpersonal and communication skills;

• Positive and self-motivated;

• Fluent spoken and written English, and Cantonese, Mandarin is an asset;

• Fresh graduate is welcome.
