Associate Finance Manager / Finance Manager

Our client is an established China-based securities company. They are seeking a finance manager to join their team.

Responsibilities：

• Be responsible for the account and financial reports, regulatory and management reports and other finance related work;

• Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures;

• Liaise with external/internal parties on audit, tax returns and other accounting and financial matters;

• Handle regulatory financial reports to SFC;

• Perform any ad-hoc task as assigned.

Requirements：

• Degree holder in Finance or Accounting discipline and / or professional qualification of HKICPA / CTA or equivalent;

• At least 5 years related work experience, preferred with experience in sizable securities firms;

• Candidate with experience in CPA firms or Chinese financial institutions is preferred;

• Familiar with brokerage cost management system and comprehensive budget management system, Securities Regulatory Commission declarations, etc.;

• Native Mandarin speaker preferred;

• Good interpersonal skills and excellent team player;

• With a strong sense of confidentiality;

• Willing to take challenges and able to multitask in a fast paced environment.
