A leading Chinese securities company is hiring a Human Resources Manager / Senior Manager that focus on payroll performance management.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for Human Resources functions including recruitment and selection, performance reviewing, compensation and benefit, liaise and maintain good relationship with all internal and external parties for Human Resources related matters etc;
Formulate Human Resources regulations and policies and implement best practices;
Design training plans and performance reviewing system to achieve efficient Human Resources management and sustainable development;
Build and promote organizational culture.
Requirements:
At least 5 years relevant work experience in Chinese financial service;
Experience setting and developing a culture;
Proficiency in Mandarin.
